Ordering Instructions and General Information

Minimum wholesale order

$75.00 or one case, whichever is higher, excluding tax, shipping. This minimum is for stock items only.

Credit cards

If ordering using your credit card, please be ready to provide us with your credit card account number (VISA, MasterCard or American Epxress) when you call.

Personal check or money order

If you will be paying by check, please call our Customer Service Representatives at (323) 581-2001 or (800) 782-0198 during our office hours on the west coast (8 am - 4:30pm Pacific Time) to place your order. At that time we will calculate the shipping and handling charges for your order and you can include it in your payment.

Product and Container/Closure Compatibility

Although we can provide advice on typical product/container combinations, you are responsible for making the final determination as to whether a given type of container and closure is compatible with the product you intend to package. We recommend that you perform compatibility tests whenever purchasing a container, closure or accessory with which you are unfamiliar.

Shipping Charges for Continental USA

Actual shipping costs will be added to invoices on open accounts or credit card orders. If you are writing a check, please call our Customer Service Representatives for the shipping charges for your order.

If you would like to make arrangements for alternative shipping methods (common carrier, GBS delivery trucks, will-call) please call to determine the related charges.

No Warranty of Fitness for Particular Use

General Bottle Supply assumes no responsibility for suitability of any container for customers' particular use. It is the customer's responsibility to do product compatibility testing with the container and closure selected by the customer. We will replace any container which does not meet normal industry quality standards. No further warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from customer's selection and use of the containers or closures we supply.

Returns carry a 25% restocking fee.
